Founded in 1959 as NorVA N.A.S. Membership Restrictions

Membership is available to employees of select employer groups and anyone who lives, works, worships, or attends school within approved census tracts in Virginia, North Carolina, Texas, New Jersey, Rhode Island, Florida, Georgia, Arkansas, and Ohio. Prospective members may also join with a $10 donation to the Chartway Promise Foundation. Relatives and housemates of current members or membership-eligible persons are welcome to apply.
