Membership Restrictions

Membership is open to employees of the City of Richmond, employees of the Richmond School Board, employees of the Capital Region Airport Commission, employees of the Richmond Redevelopment & Housing Authority who work in Richmond, and employees/members of American Consumer Council. Immediate family members of these eligible individuals are also eligible. Additionally, the credit union holds a community charter allowing membership to those who live, work, worship, or attend school in Richmond and the surrounding counties of Chesterfield, Goochland, Hanover, and Henrico.
