Membership Restrictions

Membership is available to employees, members, or volunteers of employers, organizations, schools, or churches that offer Members 1st as a benefit. Immediate family members of current members (spouse, child, sibling, parent, grandparent, grandchild, stepparent, stepchild, stepsibling, legal guardian, or adoptive relationships) are also eligible. Residents of more than 50 Pennsylvania counties, including Cumberland, Dauphin, York, Lancaster, Adams, Franklin, Lebanon, and Perry counties, may join. Anyone living in the same residence representing a single economic unit, such as permanent domestic partners, is eligible.
