Membership Restrictions

Membership is available to individuals who live, work, worship, or attend school in specific counties in South Carolina (Chester, Chesterfield, Lancaster, Laurens, Union, and select areas of Cherokee, Spartanburg, and York) and North Carolina (Mecklenburg and select areas of Gaston). Employees and retirees of over 200 select employer groups are also eligible. Immediate family members of existing members may join. Students at Winthrop University and Clemson University qualify for membership. Membership requires a minimum $5 deposit to open a savings account.
