Membership Restrictions

Membership is open to anyone who lives, works, worships, or attends school in one of OnPoint's 32 membership counties in Oregon or Southwest Washington (including Clark, Skamania, Cowlitz, and Lewis counties in Washington). Immediate family members of eligible members may also join. Applicants must be legal U.S. residents, at least 18 years old, and provide a government-issued ID.
