Membership is open to anyone who lives, works, worships, or attends school in any of OnPoint's 32 service counties: 28 Oregon counties (Benton, Clackamas, Clatsop, Columbia, Coos, Crook, Curry, Deschutes, Douglas, Gilliam, Hood River, Jackson, Jefferson, Josephine, Klamath, Lane, Lincoln, Linn, Marion, Morrow, Multnomah, Polk, Sherman, Tillamook, Wasco, Washington, Wheeler, Yamhill) and 4 Washington counties (Clark, Skamania, Cowlitz, Lewis). Immediate family members of eligible members may also join. Applicants must be at least 18 years old and provide a government-issued ID.
