Del Norte Credit Union (DNCU) is a member-owned, not-for-profit financial institution headquartered in Santa Fe, New Mexico, serving over 65,000 members across northern New Mexico. Founded in 1954 as Los Alamos Scientific Laboratory Credit Union, it expanded its field of membership and merged with Santa Fe Federal Employees Federal Credit Union in 1998, adopting its current name in 1999. DNCU maintains approximately $1.4 billion in assets and operates branches in Los Alamos, Espa��ola, Santa Fe, and Rio Rancho.

Membership Restrictions

Membership is open to all persons living or working in New Mexico counties including Chaves, Colfax, Guadalupe, Harding, Los Alamos, Mora, Quay, Rio Arriba, San Miguel, Sandoval, Santa Fe, Taos, Torrance, and Union. The credit union has expanded to include an easy membership requirement for those with a common bond of association, occupation, or residence in these areas. Membership requires purchase and maintenance of a minimum required share and/or payment of a membership fee as set forth in the credit union's bylaws.
