LGE Community Credit Union is a federally insured, member-owned financial institution serving metro Atlanta and northwest Georgia since 1951. The credit union operates in 15 counties in Georgia (Bartow, Catoosa, Chattooga, Cherokee, Cobb, Dade, Douglas, Floyd, Fulton, Gordon, Murray, Paulding, Polk, Walker, and Whitfield) and offers checking, savings, loans, mortgages, and credit card services. LGE has announced plans to merge with Ascend Federal Credit Union.

Membership Restrictions

Anyone who lives or works in the 15-county service area is eligible to apply for membership. Employees of partner companies (Select Employee Groups) are also eligible. Family members of existing members may join. Students and staff at partner schools are eligible. Membership requires opening a savings account with a minimum $5 balance and applicants must be at least 16 years old (minors require a parent or guardian as joint owner).
