Membership Restrictions

Membership is available through multiple pathways: Department of State employees and on-site contractors; family members (spouses, parents, children, siblings, grandchildren, stepparents, stepchildren, step-siblings, adoptive relations, and household members maintaining a single economic unit) of existing members; employees of select employer groups (over 80 Select Employee Groups); members of approved associations such as the American Consumer Council (ACC), American Citizens Abroad (ACA), and the Association of Americans Resident Overseas (AARO); and self-employed individuals through family relation or ACC membership. Credit score is not used for membership approval.
