Educational Employees Credit Union (EECU) is based in Fresno, California and serves the Central San Joaquin Valley with 19 branches across 12 counties (Fresno, Inyo, Kern, Kings, Madera, Mariposa, Merced, Monterey, San Benito, San Luis Obispo, Stanislaus, and Tulare). EECU is a not-for-profit, member-owned credit union offering banking and financial services to the educational community and their families.

Membership Restrictions

Membership is open to certificated or classified school employees, students, and retirees of schools or school districts in the 12 counties EECU serves. Members of boards of education or boards of trustees of licensed/accredited schools in those counties are also eligible. Additionally, employees of St. Agnes Medical Center in Fresno, members of the former Sol Val Tel Federal Credit Union, and relatives or household members of existing EECU members may join. Family members are defined as parents, spouses, children, grandchildren, grandparents, siblings, and adoptive relations.
