Membership Restrictions

Membership is open to anyone who lives, works, worships, or attends school in the following California counties: Alpine, Amador, Butte, Colusa, El Dorado, Glenn, Lassen, Modoc, Nevada, Placer, Plumas, Sacramento, Shasta, Sierra, Tehama, Tuolumne, Yolo, Yuba, and Sutter. A one-time membership fee is required, though it may be waived for minor accounts opened with a parent or legal guardian who is an existing member.
