Educators Credit Union is a member-owned, not-for-profit financial cooperative headquartered in Waco, Texas, serving central Texas since 1938. Originally founded by ten teachers as McLennan County Teachers Federal Credit Union, it expanded in 2005 to serve anyone living, working, or attending school in its service area. The credit union operates multiple locations across central Texas and manages over $552 million in assets with approximately 28,400 to 38,000 members.
