Membership Restrictions

Membership is open to anyone who lives, works, attends school, or worships in Alameda, Colusa, Contra Costa, Merced, Napa, Placer, San Joaquin, Sacramento, Solano, Sonoma, Stanislaus, or Yolo counties in California. Active duty and retired military personnel stationed at Travis Air Force Base and their immediate and extended family members are also eligible. Individuals living in the same household as a current member are eligible for membership. Members who change employment or move out of the service area retain their membership. A $5 share deposit and $5 one-time membership fee are required to open an account.
