Topside Federal Credit Union is a federally chartered credit union founded in 1961 and headquartered in Dahlgren, Virginia. It serves members in the Northern Virginia region with branches in Dahlgren, Fredericksburg, King George, and Spotsylvania, and has total assets exceeding $400 million. Members’ funds are federally insured by the National Credit Union Administration.

Membership Restrictions

Membership is open to civilian and military personnel of the U.S. Government who work for or are permanently stationed at Naval Support Activity South Potomac (NSASP) Dahlgren or its tenant commands. Membership is also available to employees and military personnel working in select areas, and to anyone who lives, works, worships, or attends school in Fredericksburg, Virginia. Individuals may also qualify through school, work, church, or other organizations they are involved with. Immediate family and household members of eligible members are also eligible.
