Membership Restrictions

Membership is available to individuals who live or work in Anderson, Angelina, northern Cherokee, Gregg, Harrison, Henderson, Nacogdoches, Panola, Rusk, Smith, and Upshur counties. Employees and retirees of organizations within the field of membership, as well as family members of current or eligible members, may also join. Persons employed or certified in education, health care, professional fields, and government/social services in certain counties are eligible. All new members must deposit a minimum of $5 into a savings account to establish ownership.
