Membership Restrictions

Anyone who lives or works in 19 Colorado counties (Adams, Alamosa, Arapahoe, Boulder, Broomfield, Denver, Douglas, El Paso, Fremont, Garfield, Huerfano, Jefferson, Larimer, Las Animas, Mesa, Moffat, Pueblo, Rio Blanco, and Weld) is automatically eligible. Immediate family members of current members are also eligible. Additionally, anyone can join by making a donation to the Bellco Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Membership requires opening a membership account with a $1.00 share deposit.
